We have a team of experienced professionals with a wide range of backgrounds in design, engineering, and production.   This gives us the ability to recreate or design from scratch any product that is currently in the marketplace, or a product that is strictly a specific need for our customers.

The Ultra Vane, pictured above, demonstrates these skills that Elgen possesses.  We redesigned a two piece Vane into a one piece Vane.    The new design provides superior strength and rigidity.  In addition, the seams will not burst, and it is virtually, a rattle free product.
