Elgen’s Scissor Clip is a riveted double hook with a scissor like action. 16 Guage Galv. Steel. Designed to be used with 1/4” rod and locked with a nut and bolt. When used with 3/16” Galv. wire the ultimate strength is approx. 2,200 lbs.
